brown blood

so i’m on the depo i got it on april 3 and i’ve been spotting quite often/ randomly and it’s brown which my spotting wasn’t like that before the depo and my first period after i got on it lasted almost two weeks, i had the worse cramps and period symptoms, and i clotted, which the clot looked black, but my blood was red like how it was always prior to me getting on depo now i’m on my period again w no period symptoms besides bleeding. and it’s about a week after my last period and it’s been off and on all week but my blood is brown and there is a little red and in some points it looks black and im wondering if i should go see my doctor/ something is wrong or if this is normal for the depo/bc
