I was so hungry now I saw eating them raw is very dangerous, please let me know what you know thanks

I take fungi tinctures and have through all my pregnancies couldn’t see it being much different I think the danger comes in wild foraging

Eating them from the wilderness is bad, not from a grocery store. They can contain parasites if found in the wild. Definitely don't have to worry unless you were being weird on a hike lololol
