I’ve heard conflicting information on when is the BEST day to have intercourse while ttc. Lots of people (including my doctor) says on ovulation day and two days before is best but my app is saying the day before ovulation which makes me nervous that I’m missing my MOST FERTILE day.

I definitely trust my doctor but damn it’s hard to see my app say “most fertile day” and just watching it go by without having sex.

I have also been instructed by my doc to not have sex every day because you want to make sure there is a lot of strong mature sperm and we already did have sex the last two days. I got my peak today so I should be ovulating tomorrow. Taking a night off to rebuild the swimmers and then back at it.
