Anyone else have a similar story?

I got a prenatal massage on thursday night, Friday I was super constipated until the evening. My back had hurt, but I thought it was from the walking. About 9pm I could finally poop, but when I wiped I noticed my mucus plug had come out. I had some minor contractions but nothing too strong, babe was moving so so much more than usual.

Today, back pain again and sharp pain shooting down my butt. I noticed baby had dropped significantly as well, she also isnt moving as much as she usually is and instead of constipation I have diarrhea.

Is it possible labour may be soon?? I'm a FTM so no idea what to expect. I know contractions feel like period pain that get worse but I live 2 hours away from my hospital so just being cautious.
