It sounds like you may want to wait to get to know a guy before having sex. If a guy pressures you into sex or you feel you need to give him sex to keep him interested, then he's not the one for you.

Don't just trust a guy because he sleeps with you or shows interest. Give it sometime before you throw yourself into a relationship feelings and all let him prove to you that he is trust worthy. And in my opinion it doesn't matter if you sleep with him or not just don't give your heart away anyhow.

Then I recommend waiting longer until you have sex, that would be my advise for preventing that. Not shaming just stating my observation.
