I’m 22 and I’m afraid of sex ?

So any time I have sex I’m afraid to get involved so I just lay there I won’t even give a blowjob I know myself it’s boring for him and it’s boring for me but literally as I’m about to have sex it’s like I get “stage fright”. I want to get involved and be more fun I just be afraid if I’d do something wrong. Any idea on how to loosen up and not be so nervous. It was an issue with my last relationship he would get frustrated with my lack of involvement. I’m talking to a new guy now and I’m already starting to panic about sex. I do like sex and I fantasise about how I want to do it but when it comes to actually doing it I get scared any ideas would be great
