i think your either ovulating or getting the period lh surge if a ovulation test was picking up hcg to be that positive so would a pregnancy test but i i really think your ovulating

You can have an LH surge right before your period, it doesn't necessarily indicate ovulation and doesn't indicate pregnancy.
