Anyone’s baby still taking short naps?

We had a good 4 day streak where he was taking 1.5-2hr naps. Now he’s back to 45min naps and wakes up so grumpy and stays grumpy until the next nap. It’s hard for me because it feels like I can’t get anything done 😭 please tell me I’m not alone or someone give me some hope that they will get longer soon 😭

What you describe is exactly our situation. We go through stretches of good nap days followed by some bad nap days (each one max 45 mins then). Luckily she always sleeps 11-12 hours at night so it doesn’t bother me.

We are now sleep training for naps. 
Unfortunately, we have resorted to the cry it out method for this as NOTHING else is working. 
He sleeps 12-13hrs a night but maybe gets 3 or 4 naps lasting a max of 45 minutes a day. 
He is also grumpy and super tired always.

My son had a 12 minute nap yesterday afternoon 🤦🏻‍♀️
He’s starting to lengthen some naps, but it’s not consistent at all.

My sons never been a good napper his record is 40 minutes but normally 20-30 xx

Our daughter still only takes 3 30 minute naps a day, she is sleeping through the night now so at least I can get some things done at night.

This was happening to us but having more of the short naps than longer ones. I then found it may be time to stretch his wake windows and slowly drop the third nap. I was like uh no way that’s not possible....well turns out that’s what he needed! Now his morning nap is 1 1/2 hour and second nap is 40 min (still working on that one) and he stays up 3.5-4 hours at a time. We did this gradually and it seemed to work for us

We’re on 3 hour wake times and usually two 1.5 hour naps a day.

As soon as my daughter started sleeping on her belly, her naps went to 1.5-2hours and she started going 10-10.5 hours at night.

30-45 minute naps here. 3x a day. I’ve tried everything and just given up. She will nap for a while I think at daycare but it’s in the swing and she’s almost grown out of that 🤷🏼‍♀️
