Natural ways to induce?

I have tried everything I am 40 weeks and a day over and I have tried everything. Walking, sex, nipple stimulation, spicy food, labor inducing smoothie, bouning on a ball, primrose oil pills every thing and nothing any tips would help. Pleaseee

I feel you I go in Friday to be induced but have been spotting all day today and in a lot of pain to where I can hardly walk

I kept walking and bouncing on my ball throughout the day, then I would do squats and sit in a deep squat for a bit. My water ended up breaking early this morning while I was rubbing my belly and rolling my hips, like Shakira, in my kitchen  😂
I think squats helps him drop and the pressure from him being low broke my water when I rolled my hips around.

You can always try acupuncture and/or chiropractor to see what they can do.  I have had one appointment with each. Just turned 37 weeks, no sign of labor yet, but I feel so much better than I did, so if anything it's worth it for getting through these last days.

I actually don’t think their is anything the will bring babies on they just come when they are ready and it sucks I had both mine at 41 plus 1 and thinking same thing going to happen this time
