Out break?

So I’ve been stressing so much lately and I think I possibly caused myself to have an outbreak. I’m 40 weeks and 1 day and I’m scheduled for an induction on Tuesday. Should I ask to be seen tomorrow so they can check it? I really don’t want a csection but if that’s what I have to do I will. My doctor also gave me my prescription late because he was never there and I forgot to take them. 😩
