Babe are you okay ?

I snooped on my husbands Instagram today. Only because for two yrs he had an emotional thing with someone and it toured me inside when I found out.

Today he forgot to turn off his computer and I went through his Instagram. I found a msg from a woman that said “babe are you okay”

Also it had a few video chats that I couldn’t click on because it’s on the computer not the app.

Is this suspicious ?

I’ve been in a lot of peace and we’ve been very happy for months. I’m kind of scared to ask him what it is or who is that. I couldn’t help but look because he has changed so much in a good way since that emotional affair and sometimes I feel like it’s too good to be true. After looking ive had an anxiety all day and I just feel I should tell him I looked and ask him what it means ?

Also I’m nervous because my husband is crazy about his privacy. But I feel once you have lied for sometime like that, you can’t expect the other person to be whole, I feel you need to help them. But then another part of me says, girl if he wanted to cheat he would have done so and he can just learn to hide it better. So relax and enjoy your life instead of being paranoid.

Any advice for me ?!
