Anyone else before their BFP?

Has anyone else been similar before their BFP? We have been trying for 5 years and I feel really confident this month

I'm your cycle buddy. Too often I symptom spot. However I can tell you without a doubt that I have had back pain- I'd say 8 out of 10 pain level- the majority of this evening and a lot of cramping.... I mean a LOT of cramping on my left side. I tested because I'm a psycho. 😊 It was negative. I'm 8dpo today. 😫 Hang in there! Baby dust to you! 
PS my pain is/was so bad I took a Tylenol this evening and I usually try to avoid pain medicine during this time frame of my cycle.
