do you guys apply sunscreen/spf at night during your skin routine?

idk why i thought about this last night, personally i do not but do so every morning even if i stay in my house (i usually let my dogs out and that’s enough sun for me to put spf) i was just wondering if people do and why? 
also please let me know if this is the wrong group lol

I am confused do you mean night night like when sun is down? Or do mean evening when the sun is going down.
Nerdy honest answer. It would depend where you live and the uv scale and how sensitive you are to sunlight. People can burn still in the afternoon even know a lot don’t and it’s told to majority after 5 pm blah blah blah. 
I can tell you first hand after 5pm if the sun is still out I get burned.
So I personally do block up until very low sunset or the moon starting to come into view.
If you literally mean night night we it’s dark outside then no there is no need no sun no rays to block.

If you go out and even at “night” which Robyn should say evening or late afternoon into early “evening “ not night because most us think bed time when you say “night routine”
Yes late afternoon, or evening if the sun is up you block up. You might not need a 30 spf but you still need to block up.
Simple: If you go outside you block up.
Danielle don’t say stuff like vitamin D deficiency.... that’s just toxic and extreme.
Ps. For all readers if you like mushrooms 🍄 quick trick and tip easy to get your daily vitamin D without sun.
You get white mushrooms it will work with all mushrooms but whites the easiest and most time cheapest.
You put them outside stem up so the spores vents face the sun. Just put your mushrooms in the sun between 10am and 3pm for between 30-60 minutes and your mushrooms will absorb all the vitamin d you need for the day, the longer out the more vitamin D after sunbathing cooking or washing them won’t make them lose it or having them raw.
I typically put my mushrooms out the day I know I will be cooking them that evening or the day prior.
Make sure all block it’s under 30 spf anything above it’s just unnessory and does same as 30 just has more chemicals.
Robyn you could consider getting uv protective clothing.
As for heat rash it’s pairs with sun exposer but not the cause your skin heats and cooks that’s what makes you “color”.
If you feel the heat it’s too late but late is better then never.

As long as there is sun out no matter how high or low it is  (obviously not if it’s dark) I would put , in the past few years I’ve noticed my skin feels super hot in just a few seconds from being outside ... this was never the case , as a kid I would be in the sun for hours , no spf, no hats , tanktops and shorts and I wouldn’t feel on fire just plain summer breeze, not anymore ... the ozone layer over America is completely gone...  literally. Even women of color (or ones who don’t burn ) , like myself  should wear spf cause too much exposure can cause new moles (possibly cancerous), skin cancer , wrinkles and a bunch of stuff that we don’t need.  Try buying baby sunblocks as they usually have wayyyy less chemicals. Common brands like copper tone , Hawaiian tropic,  etc defeat the purpose of avoiding and preventing cancer with the amount of crap they put in it.

If I was going to bed, no, there’s no reason to put sunscreen on to go to bed lol. 
I’m a natural redhead. I have quite literally burnt AFTER the sun went down before. 🤣 I put sunscreen on before I go outside, I burn within 5 minutes and I burn when it’s raining, when it’s cloudy, etc.

Another thing about sun/sun raises is that when you drive for longer ride then 20mins which almost anywhere make sure you block up because the windows are not tinted and most states are legal and the legal tint only is in the very front of the vechiles and most on the drivers side.
Think of a magnifying glass with ants.
That’s like you in the car it not as intense due the light filtering they add to window but it’s not as much as you think. 
I get burn driving in my car.
Plus it’s really also depends on your descent some skin is born with less sensitivity but none are sunproof even darker tone skin burns just not as noticeable as a bright red strawberry lmao burnt an a paste lighter skin individual
