Had sex with my bf for the first time two weeks ago and I noticed that afterwards my legs and hands were a bit shaky. After the third/fourth time it continued happening along with period like cramps. Is this normal?

Also the shakiness usually last for a few hours and sometimes it'll last till the end of the day. The cramps will come an hour or two after sex and usually last for a few days on and off
