Missing Tampon??

I lost my tampon! 
I went to the bathroom tonight to change it and put on a pad for bedtime and before I did that I used the bathroom both 1 and 2. After I cleaned myself i reached for the sting and it wasn’t there. I don’t know if It fell out during or not cause I couldn’t see it. I can’t reach very far to get a good enough feel so I’m not 100% sure It didn’t or did fall out other then now I’m bleeding all over and I don’t think I feel it but I’m also second guessing myself. 
I don’t even know, I’m a mess! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Don’t worry - there’s only a small area that it could be in, so first take a deep breath and relax. Take whatever finger you’re most comfortable with and stick it inside your vagina, you probably will need to insert most/all of your finger and eventually your fingertip will bump into what feels like a “wall” - that is your cervix and that’s as far as your tampon could have gone. If you don’t feel it, it either fell in the toilet and you didn’t notice or you took it out earlier and forgot.

I’ve accidentally put two ultras in before. It took a few hours but I was able to find the second one eventually 🙈 that was years ago in college

Don’t worry once I went to bed distressed not knowing what happened to the tampon I just couldn’t find the string..... woke up the next morning and found it.... so it’s there
