ladies, do you have a problem wearing tampons??

okay so ever since i started my period, i’ve never been able to wear tampons. they’re always just too uncomfortable and cause so much pain. i would like to start using them but the pain is unbearable :(

you might not be putting them in correct. make sure to put it in on a 45 degree angle facing down. also you when you insert the tampon put the plastic applicator in until you get to the finger grip then you push the stick and remove the plastic part. i always check to make sure only the string is coming out and no cotton part is hanging out. if you follow these steps and it still hurts i would look up videos. also tampons are not for everyone so you can try cups or discs. i recommend this brand because they are compact so you’re not sticking a giant thick tampon inside of you. hope all goes well and you can message me if you have any more questions and just whenever :) good luck!

You may not be inserting them far enough. When you insert, you have to be relaxed. Rael tampons are good organic brand with a nice applicator and they are comfortable. 
Also make sure you are wearing the right tampon for your flow. Read the box for instructions.
1) Super- heavy flow
2) regular- light to medium

Honestly any organic tampon helps me with the pain levels. I always get light if it is an option or regular. I also always always change them often as I drink water regularly anyway. Another organic brand I like is cora or Tampax at Walmart even offers organic. I know there’s another brand even at Walmart that has tampons with black and white stripes on the individual tampon packages themselves and I like those ones a lot!! Maybe you might try one of the cup things as well!
