Feeling like I need to pee

I always feel like I need to pee as soon as I get clit stimulation or am close to an organsm. I always squirt so I’m not sure if this is why and I try to pee before sex or self pleasure but still always get this feeling. I find that it prevents me from enjoying it all the way cause I’m worried I’m going to wet myself. Any suggestions?
