Saturday we went to my family's home and returned with an extra dog.

Tulip is my other dog, Jersey's, mum. She's 10 years old and dad finally decided to let her come with us as we can provide a better life for her. So far we have bathed her (She was filthy), she's been flead and I've checked her over to see what I need to bring up at a vet appointment. She's also had a flea brush and her remaining teeth cleaned.

We haven't been able to get through to our vet yet but first thing in the morning I plan to call them and book her vaccination and health check along with asking about her worn out bottom front teeth, skin condition and a lump we found on her belly.

We are worried and scared for what the outcome of the vet trip will be but have decided that if she's in pain and treatment is out of our price range we may have to put her down, if she's not in pain but we can afford treatment we plan to make her life as comfortable as possible. Fingers crossed for the best possible outcome 🤞
