Dumb question .....

So. 5 days pp. was supposed to be a May baby but he waited anyways. FTM. And everything is so new to me. I miss him being in my belly. I got a 2nd degree tear and omg I cannot sit. I can’t tell where the blood is coming from. Is it the stitches? Is it my period? How would you he able to tell that something is wrong down there? When would I know to seek medical help?
