I don't even know anymore

My last period was April 8th 2020, I've recently started spotting this week and am going for an ultrasound on Wednesday to see whats up. All my at home urine tests come back negative so I'm not quite sure whats up. And yes I've had a normal cycle up until May of this year and I have never taken birth before.

Anyone else in this boat??
