Hey ladies. I'm feeling very uncomfortable now. So I'm seeing a male fertility specialist and I have swabs and a physical tomorrow. He's a male doctor and for cultural reasons I'm not super comfortable with my lady parts being checked by him. He did do my SHG which was fine and I thought it would be a one off. Now I have to go in for swabs and physical and I'm not comfortable. I voiced my opinion to him but he stated that he'd have a nurse in the room and we can discuss it more tomorrow. I feel like he's brushing it off thinking I'll give into the pressure and just let him check. I don't mind the swabs that is necessary but I'm not comfortable with him seeing my breasts or other body parts. Also he said he'd do a pap and when I started that I've already had one in February he said well I don't have it on file so I'm just going to do it. He can just fax my doctor to get the results no? I don't want to have it done again 😭 what do I do. I'm thinking of cancelling but that doesn't solve the problem. I know some women will not understand and that's fine but that's is how I was brought up. All female doctors are booked. Idk how long it will take to find a new one and I'm already mid cycle
