Menstural cups?

I have always used pads, i tried tampons recently and it just made my cramps way worse. I am considering cups but before trying them i would love to hear your experience in general and regarding the cramps as well thanks ❤️

I tried it. I found it created a lot of pressure making me feel like I had to pee. & I could feel it so maybe I just didn’t insert it right or what. But I tried it a few times, a few different ways & each time had the same results

I use a diva cup. I love it. Took a bit of getting used to but it's great now that i learned how to work it

They’re amazing and I love mine! ‘Put A Cup In It’ has a quiz where you can enter lots of details and it tells you the best cup for you (material and size and brand etc) 😊 They take a couple of cycles to master, but now I wouldn’t be without mine

I love mine.
But. There is few rocks on the road.
*you need a cup, that fits best for ryou, so some cups are great and some are not. It depends on your anatomy.
*using them at first takes time, it can take a few cycles to get used to it.
*and it might make you more crampy, depends on why are you having cramps. I need had cramps with a cup, but I haven't had them also without. But the pressure of suctuon might not work with you.
But all in all, best choice I made!
*never bought any disposable in 5 years, so now I have probably already saved quite a lot of money.
*no trash. Especially convinient when visiting someone who has not a trash bin in toilet. 😃
*have to change less often. Sometimes jut morning and evening. That is it.
*more comfortable. I don't like pada in pants. Like it feels bad for me, also being bloody down there. And tampons made me dry up inside, a cup does not.
