Anybody else baby face breaking out this bad ??? What is it ? Can I do something to help clear it up? I’m soo sad. This didn’t happen to my first son.

my daughters face is super bad as well!! My son wasn’t like this. I’ve read that dabbing some breast milk on it helps heal it. Or if not that, washing it with a warm wash clothe throughout the day. We are waiting it out :( I know it doesn’t bother her but she’s like a mini-teenager right now.

Its baby acne. My little one is going through the same, at 4 weeks is was the worst. So upsetting seeing his little face looking so angry and sore. Everyone told me to leave it alone but what I found helped massively was coconut oil. I purchased Kokoso Coconuy oil and their head to toe body wash and used both daily... OMG the difference within a week was amazing. Highly recommend.

My first daughter had it really bad. Putting breastmilk on it only made it worse. The only thing that helped was time. It eventually goes away, just looks not so great.

Baby acne, it goes away:) from my understanding it’s from our hormones(the moms), and their body will go back to normal once it levels back out

It's baby acne. You can try breast milk, but it's totally normal and clears up on its own. I've never tried to do anything, my friend did and the more she tried the worse it got.
