Has anyone changed their baby's name after they were born and the paperwork was already filled out?

Hi! Just curious if anyone has actually done that. I am so torn between two separate names but worried once I pick one I'll want to have it changed to the other to fit my baby and his personality better. Just curious how difficult the process is and if it varies state by state. Honestly I hope I feel it in my bones which name is perfect for him once I meet him. Just out of curiosity though!
