What are your 11 month olds eating?

My girl was late to the real food world due to texture issues (she would gag and almost puke every single time anything had texture!) we’ve been working on lots of finger foods lately but recently she’s been super picky actually picking the food out of her mouth examining it then throwing it on the floor. We went to the doctors recently and she said no need for baby food anymore and just give her what we’re eating, I can’t help but feel worried she’s not eating enough. I caved tonight during dinner and gave her a puree pouch because I know she didn’t eat enough. Sorry for the long rant I’m a FTM and just looking for some type of light at the end of the tunnel. TIA
