How to tell my cousin I'm pregnant

Hi everyone, I hardly ever post but I need help. I am a mom of 2 soon to be 3. My cousin and I have always been close since childhood, she has literally been my role model all my life. This year she was pregnant and sadly she lost her baby. In conversations she has told me that from time to time she misses her baby.(Baby passed around 12 weeks) And seeing baby stuff makes her sad. I just found out I am pregnant last week and told my parents and sisters. My mother has told my uncles. I guess my question is how to go about and tell her while hurting her as least as possible? I haven't posted or told anyone else for her sake, I love her so much and I understand the feeling all too well. I want her to know that I didn't plan having a baby at all, and that I understand her hurt.

Sorry for long post, I just really need the help because my conciousness is killing me. I think I'd be an jerk if I didn't tell her, and I would be a worse one if I told her so carelessly ☹😔
