THC & CBD for cramps?

Does anyone use thc, cbd, or both to relieve pain from menstrual cramps? Or heard about it?

I’m cramping really bad today. 
I used full spectrum cbd from thoughcloud.com 
I started at a low MG. And worked my way up 
It does help me

I honestly use both. I prefer THC to CBD personally.

I have endometriosis and I use thc and cbd for all the symptoms including the cramps . It works wonders !!
