The only thing that determines your success is you. It doesn't matter where you go, as long as you study hard and actively try to learn and gain experience every day.

For the most part no...can some colleges help more than others, of course they can. A business degree from Southern Mississippi Atlantic State college (just a random made up school so don't google it people) will not get you noticed the same as a business degree fron Harvard or NYU for example but it doesn't mean you can't get a good job from any college. An MIT engineer will entice a company but if he can't interview, is an ass, doesn't have a good resume then a state college canidate with a better resume and personality will still get the job. As long as you don't go to a college known for scams or being able to pay for a degree than you should be fine. But yes some college names will help more to get a interview or connections initially.

nope. my grandparents didn't have more than a 6th grade education. my grandfather fled from communist china when he was 12 and didn't have anything. he did an apprenticeship as an engineer and ended up starting multiple companies, making enough to buy a house (extremely rare in hong kong) and multiple caretakers for himself and my grandmother before they passed. 
some universities make certain doors open, but it doesn't always keep them open. a good university is best for networking and its alumnis, but you have to have drive to seek out those opportunities, regardless of where you go. of course, some professions do care about school name, but the vast majority don't. it's really only an issue 5+ years post-grad if you intend to socialise with snobby old money folks.

Nope. I went two years at a community college and make more money than my friends who went 4 years at university🤷🏼‍♀️ and I didnt pay a dime to go to school either!

Not at all.
My mother is a qualified microbiologist and she's now a website editor for our national branch of an international NPO. She even won a journalism award here a few years ago.
My dad met her in Uni where he dropped out, and he's now owned his own company for 10+ years. Before that he worked as MDs for numerous, some also international, companies. He flew all over the world for work, and has experience and knowledge he would never have gotten at university.
I don't have ANY tertiary education and I successfully ran a medical practice for five years and am about to start my own company with my coworker.
You don't need tertiary education to be successful. You need drive, commitment and a good work ethic.

Slightly in terms of jobs, further education etc yes. The Universities I went to in the UK did made a difference I believe. (Durham and Cambridge)
