slight hair loss and late period

hey, soooo my hair has been shedding more than usual (not a crazy excessive amount like it’s not coming out in clumps or anything) which has concerned me for the last 2-3 weeks. in addition to that my period is late which never happens. i’m still a virgin so there’s no way i’m pregnant lmao. does anyone know why this is happening? or has experience this?
