Uti! Help

Hello ladies first ever uti and I’m 28 so I was having horrible back pain and cramping and some leg pain and just cramping like period pains but a little more intense and fullness got a urine culture and came out with blood in Urine and some mucus they started me on antibiotics but can I do anything extra to help it literally took me 2 weeks to figure it out by a provider

But has this happen to anyone

They first thought I had kidney stones but I had scan done and everything looked great
