Cannot be the only one

I have always had pretty heavy periods... Usually heavy enough that I only had 3-4 day periods and I was done. At least once during the week I would wake up drenched in blood. Everyone said it was from sitting up but this was before I even sat up. Then I got pregnant and had my son! I got an IUD so I didn’t have a period for 2 years. Once I had it taken out all bets were off. Now I bleed through my pants several nights during the week and even sometimes during the day! I’m paranoid that I’m going to bleed through and someone will notice. I have tons of clotting and now my periods almost always are 6 days. It’s gotten so bad I sometimes wear a depends to bed the first 3 nights!!! We are trying to get pregnant again (kind of, my husband is a hit or miss guy lol) and I can’t help but wonder if my period is affecting things. Anyone else seem to bleed much more at night?
