Bleeding after sex IUD

I’ve had the kyleena in for over a year now, but a week ago I randomly started bleeding after sex. It happened twice in a row and now I’m hesitant to have sex again just incase it’s something serious.

I went to the GP and they had a look and said everything looked normal and healthy. But I can’t help but panic because it isn’t normal for me.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue after a year?
