Probiotics can be found over the counter at the pharmacy.  $20+ but very worth it. Its compared to like 7 cups of yogurt or something like that. Balances out the ph of the vagina. Works wonders!

Put coconut oil on your lady bits and you can put it inside before you sleep it helps a lot and relieves itching like instantely getting a baby soap bath like bath with baby soap I have found Johnsons and Johnsons works the best, kinda get the water in there and push it out to get yeast out of there and then after bath put coconut oil on your lady parts to help get rid if any that's left. Reduce sugar intake untill yeast infection gone

I use to hate it and use to get them all the time. Eat yogurt twice a day and within a week it will be gone. Also use the one day Meds to clear it up but once you do that yogurt is the way to go. Now I can't go a day without it. Hope this helps.
