Just venting 😔😣- negative preg test, no ovulation?

We got pregnant in February on our first try. It ended up being ectopic. Now it’s SO HARD. I’m already tired of tracking ovulation and the endless pregnancy test that come up negative.

We baby danced sooo much this time. And nothing. It’s stressing me out. I had light cramps/sharp pains for two day’s a few days ago. I was really certain this was our month for our rainbow baby. Just needed to vent and get it off my chest.

ALSO, The only way I’m tracking ovulation is with with test strips and clear blue digital. I’ve had no CM. Does that matter? Before I used to. Now I don’t.
