At what phase can partners go to the dr with you?

We are about to enter phase two where I live. For all of my drs appointments, my husband couldn’t come in to see ultrasounds. Has it changed where anyone lives?

My husband isn’t allowed to my midwife appointments, but I am allowed a visitor at my 20 week ultrasound. 
It’s in a different building.
Different places have different rules 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are entering phase 4 and still no one else allowed. I think hospitals are going to always take it more seriously (as they should) because they house a lot of vulnerable people

It depends on your particular facility. We’re in phase 2 and I still can’t bring my husband.

It doesn’t matter unless the doctors office allows it. My state is “open” for the most part just doing social distancing and the doctors office I go to isn’t allowing anyone else but the patients at this time and won’t for at least the rest of the year.

My doctor said this would be in place for at least a year. Unsure if that’s just for my state or area but my state is fully open. She said they won’t change until CDC recommendations change.

It only matters when the doctors office allows it. 
The phase doesn't really matter. A doctors office is a private establishment and they can choose what they want to do. 
Just like where I am at movie theaters can reopen, but Regal is closed across the country. That is their right as a private business
