Guys I literally just lost the love of my life today and I can’t handle it . She was so special to me and amazing and I’ve been crying 24/7 it’s currently 2 in the morning any advice on how to handle this heart break .

I’m so sorry for your loss , allow yourself to grieve for as long as you need to and write your feelings down . Stay in bed , sleep in , do whatever , try to spend time for yourself . It’s not much but i hope it helps 💓
