Fertility check

Wondering if I should do a fertility check. My gynae doc says am fine when they just do the vaginal scan but I don’t feel

Convinced. Should I get another doc . On the other hand hubby has Asthenospermia. Any chances of naturally baby making? We have a child together who we conceived without any problem after 3 months the most. We tried IU1x 3 , ICSI x 2. All resulted in nothing. I am quite regular all my life. But for the past 2 months period came 3 days late in May and in June 5 days late. I have a feeling God has something reserved for me but at times it’s so hard to hold on to this “ Promise”. Can someone tell me some good vibes to boost me up. Around me I hear babies here and there😭
