Hi moms! Just inquiring about ideas of keeping baby occupied and happy. I live in NY (Long Island) so the weather is nice and warm here now, but a lot of things are still closed because we just entered Phase 2 of reopening after quarantine.

Anyway... my baby girl is 8.5 months old and she’s very active. Crawls around like crazy, pulls up to stand, and can walk with a walker. She wakes super early every day (😫) like 5:30am. We have our routine of setting up her play mat with her toys in the living room, but it doesn’t entertain her for very long anymore. She seems to get bored and fussy. We ordered an outdoor baby pool and hopefully she will enjoy that. She also doesn’t really like the stroller because she’s wild and dislikes being contained, lol. We just got the radio flyer push tricycle that we thought she may like better but she doesn’t seem to love that either because she just likes to be free.

Any ideas!?!? I feel bad that I feel she’s bored often but it’s a looooong day without being able to make too many plans with other people or go to places, etc. Any advice is appreciated!!!! 🥰
