Contraction question

Hey! I’m 39 weeks tomorrow with my second pregnancy. I never had contractions with my son until it was time this go has been so different and I need some advice with your experience please. So yesterday I started having contractions 5-7 mins apart that lasted for 2 hours. They were uncomfortable but not painful and would knock the wind out of me. Than they stopped. A couple hours later something. Contractions 5 mins apart lasting around an hour than stopped. Through out the night I was waking up with them but these continue to stop after about an hour and they aren’t getting stronger just staying the same consistency. Any advice?
