***peanut allergy***?? This is the 2nd time my LO eats peanut butter. The first time the little white head looking rash happened (extremely mild) but it happened again this time. Has anyone seen a peanut allergy present itself like this? TIA!

Can you try putting a bit of peanut butter on his arm or something and see if he reacts to it there?
I don’t know for sure, but this looks like it could be an allergy. I would be very careful and contact your Ped. Also keep in mind that a nut allergy can look mild and quickly turn severe in a matter of minutes, so if it is a nut allergy, I’d take him to the doc next time he is exposed.

My oldest has tree nut allergies. At 1 we gave her a cashew and her lips were a little bit swollen and had a similar rash near her month. My husband and I took that as a sign to not give her anymore nuts until we talked to her doctor. Two weeks later, my dad hands her a  pistachio and had the same reaction but also threw up shortly after and the places the threw up landed also got a rash. 
Went to the doctor and then to an allergist for tests. She had an tree nut allergy. The scary part is that sometimes it gets worst each time they have a reaction. So we haven’t given her any tree nuts since. We are hoping to test her when she is around six or so (because drawing blood out of your child vs avoiding tree nuts is an easy decision for us).

I have dealt with peanut allergy before looks like it, but most of the time its that plus swollen lips. But keep you eyes on him because peanut allergy is deadly.
