When scheduling my appt, I mixed up my last period date. They assumed I’m 2-3 weeks farther along than what I believe I am. Usually they make you wait till 8-10 weeks to schedule the ultrasound. My appt is this Friday and I’ll be 6w3d. I’m curious if I should call and tell them the mix up and reschedule? I’m so impatient I really don’t want to wait any longer to see. However, I’m nervous to go and the doc not be able to find a heartbeat because it’s so early. I know that may be more stressful than just waiting until 8 to do the US. My question is, has anybody had an ultrasound prior to 7w and heard a heartbeat? Should I call my OB and explain the mixup to reschedule? Should I attend the appt and tell them the mixup prior to US?
