Hey everyone! I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant with pregnancy number two. I have a two year old now who I delivered at 25-+2, however I was freelancing so quitting was pretty easy. I went back to work when my daughter was 1 and I work from home. My question is, when did y'all start maternity leave? My boss wants to get some things in order for me to be gone and we were discussing my timeline today. I'm due December 11th but he thought I may want to take a couple of weeks before to just relax. He's very supportive and will obviously work with me in the event of another preterm situation however, I wasn't sure what other mamas did in regards to starting maternity leave. TIA!
