Can you ovulate while you’re spotting?

Quick story, I’m 9 months PP, and TTC again. (DO NOT COME AT ME)

Anyways, had a period November, and then another 2 weeks later..... THEN didn’t get one until this cycle which is posted. I’ve been spotting since it “ended” nothing major, but still spotting non stop...

I’m due to ovulate this week.... so my question is can I still be ovulating while I’m spotting still? 

My cervix had been shut, but it’s opened today slightly.....

Yes I know I can use OPKs

Yes I know breastfeeding can hinder my cycles.
