I tested positive for COVID-19!

I literally just got a call back from my job saying that I was the only one with a positive so far?!? How?! I have no symptoms what so ever. And how am I the only one?! I’ve been around almost everybody at my job.Now I have to be out of work for 10 days with no pay and I have bills to pay. This has been the worst news today!!!
