Paragard and pregnancy?

I've had my Paragard IUD for almost a year now. The random spotting and cramping subsided about 2 months ago. However, the past few days have been unusual. I had loads of cm...(the fertile kind) sort of tinged with pink. I have had pink when I wipe and today I have a full feeling and cramping in my lower belly, right in the middle. My period isn't due for another 12 days. Has anyone ever experienced pregnancy with Paragard? If so, what was your experience? Any advice is welcome
