Hi ladies, wondering if anyone here has had extremely swollen gums during pregnancy? Mine are super swollen and bleed every time I brush. If you experienced this, what did you do to make it better? I’ve been told that alumbre stone (if anyone knows what that is lol) is good for that, I just don’t know if it’s safe for use during pregnancy. Its only suppose to be used as a mouthwash type of thing but it still makes me nervous to think that some of it can get down to baby.. please send suggestions and tips my way!
