Help? SEVERE CRAMPING
I just got my period yesterday and today’s only my second day yesterday I was OK got a little bit of cramps I’ve been very moody and in so much pain I can’t even eat or sit I’m bleeding a lot and it’s super dark I hurt so much were I meaning of dizzy I’m just taking a bunch of deep breath‘s is there anything else that I can do to like help with the pain ? I’ve already taken Advil :(
