Hemroids or something else??? TMI

So all day I've had a tummy ache with nausea and ended up having a large bowel movement. It wasn't huge or hard, fairly normal. Anyway when I looked in the toilet there was blood dripping and when I wiped there was a lot of blood too. Iam 26 weeks pregnant and have had hemroids before in pregnancy but never anything that bled so much. So I cleaned up, laid down and got up about an hr later to pee and again blood dripping into toilet and a lot on toilet paper, no straining I only peed! Im not having any rectal discomfort at all so I guess my question is has anyone else had hemroids that bled a lot? Dr's closed so I left a message but they never seem to call back :/
