Endo Lap

I had a lap for stage 1/2 endo almost 4 months ago. Is it possible it came back already? I’m still having the same pains as before surgery not as bad but it’s there. My doctor was very happy with how successful the surgery was and didn’t think I would have any problems. This is my first lap and I’m 23.
