Ladies, yesterday I received my Period; yet another disappointing month.

Usually my period is medium with no major clotting or pain etc.

But today I have been in a massive amount of pain even taking medication and sleeping on the couch.

As I got up to go and change in the bathroom I felt overwhelming sick and as if I needed to vomit so I raced to the bathroom however felt better with the feel of the cold tiles.

When I sat down to change, I found this on my sanitary item.

It was larger but I moved it and It curled a little I didn’t really think you needed to see my underwear/pad as well as things that are coming out of me 🤦🏼‍♀️

So my question is, what the eff is this? Is it just my uterine lining? Or something else? I usually only ever get small tissue like pieces but this? What the heck.
